Some years ago, and based on many years of working with people in numerous places and settings, An van Leer designed a 7-week intensive program for people who want to improve the quality of their life. A program she called the Art of Living.
Participants work with a particular theme and specific exercises to enhance their understanding and practice of meditation in a quiet and active atmosphere. Some of the themes used in the course are: nowness; potential; light; abundance; simplicity; and stillness.
By its nature, the Art of Living program was only ever going to be available locally. This bothered me to such an extent that I ended up writing a book, and now people anywhere in the world can participate and derive the benefits.
